artist story:
sanjeevbabu is a music director in indian films(malayalam).basically he is a spanish guitar solo player.he started his career in 1980 as the guitarist in all india radio,trivandrum station.he was asked to compose music for some films and he started music making .his fascination for the guitar resulted in his nonstop guitar recital from 14th august to 15th august 2003 at ymca ground where he played more than 500 songs.his name was included in the 50th year edition of the guinness book of world records in the longest guitar marathon by an individual section.
sanjeevbabu likes to play the spanish guitar the indian way because he had a fascination for indian classical music and learned carnatic music .he created the raga series guitar album. |
