if your ISP uses a dynamic IP address it sometimes can cause a conflict when when trying to log into secure areas on the internet one solution is to try the following procedure.

step 1. open your firefox browser or download firefox
step 2. go to tools -> options -> advanced -> select tab 'network'
step 3. under connection click 'settings'
step 4. select manual proxy configuration
step 5. in HTTP Proxy enter: dsl-cache.saix.net
step 6. In Port enter: 8080

note! the only ISP we are aware of that causes this problem is Telkom ADSL service in South Africa. we hope that this solves any login issues for you that we are aware of.
